Refund, Cancellation, and Exchange Policy

1. Acceptance of terms

By making a purchase on SP Jerseys, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to the delivery times, shipping policies, refunds, and exchanges.

2. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet started their preparation process.
  • Once the order changes to "In preparation" status, it will not be possible to cancel it or request a refund, as the products begin to be processed and ordered for the customer.

3. Refunds

Refunds can only be issued when:

  • The order has not yet begun its preparation.
  • There is an error attributable to SP Jerseys that prevents fulfilling the order and no alternative solution can be offered.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer changes of mind.
  • Not having read the delivery times before purchasing.
  • Dissatisfaction with the waiting time when it corresponds to the period informed at the time of purchase.
  • Errors made by the customer when providing size, address, or shipping details.

4. Unavailable products

Occasionally, a jersey may become unavailable after the order is placed.

In these cases:

  • The customer may choose another product of the same value or cover the difference if selecting a higher-priced one.
  • If the new product is lower priced, the difference can be used as credit for a future purchase.
  • The unavailability of a product does not automatically generate the right to a refund.

5. Membership Fee

The Membership is a digital product that grants immediate access to exclusive benefits.

For this reason:

  • The annual Membership fee is not refundable, neither totally nor partially, once the purchase has been made.

6. Delivery times

Published delivery times are approximate and may vary due to external factors such as logistics, customs, shipping companies, peak seasons, or situations beyond SP Jerseys' control.

These delays do not constitute a reason for cancellation or refund.

7. Shipping details

It is the customer's responsibility to correctly provide:

  • Name.
  • Address.
  • Zip code.
  • Phone number.
  • Any necessary delivery reference.

SP Jerseys will not be responsible for delays or problems caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Acceptance

By completing a purchase, the customer accepts all policies described herein.
