Policies for the "Member Annual" program

This document sets forth the terms and conditions for active members of the Annual Membership. By paying the subscription fee, the member accepts the guidelines described herein.

1. Cost and Validity

  • Membership: The annual fee costs $1,500 MXN.

  • Validity: The program is valid for 365 calendar days from the payment date. Renewal is optional at the end of the period.

2. Exclusive Benefits

  • Factory Costs: Members acquire the right to purchase any jersey from the catalog at factory/cost price starting from the first unit.

  • Shipping Logistics: * Free Shipping: Free shipping will be granted on orders containing 5 items or more.

    • Method: Free shipping strictly applies to Regular/Standard Shipping (15-20 business days).

    • For orders under 5 items, the member must cover the corresponding shipping cost.

3. Delivery Times and 40-Day Guarantee

We understand the importance of your merchandise; however, as these are direct import products, we depend on customs processes and international logistics.

  • Delivery Time: The estimated time is 15 to 20 business days.

  • Replacement Guarantee: To request a replacement for an undelivered order, at least 40 business days must have passed since the order was shipped and the tracking number was generated. After this period, SPjerseys will arrange a new shipment at no cost to the member.

4. Return and Exchange Policies

To maintain factory prices, our exchange policy is strict:

  • No Refunds: No cash refunds or transfers will be made under any circumstances.

  • Store Credit: If an item has a verifiable manufacturing defect, store credit will be granted to be applied to the next purchase.

  • Sizes: As these are imported jerseys, it is the member's responsibility to consult the size charts. Exchanges due to an error in size selection will not be made.

5. Shipping Responsibility

It is the member's duty to provide 100% accurate delivery information.

  • SPjerseys is not responsible for packages held, returned, or lost due to incorrect addresses, wrong zip codes, or lack of telephone contact on the shipping label.

  • Once the shipping label is generated, no modifications can be made to the destination.

6. Restrictions

  • Membership is personal and non-transferable.

  • Misuse of member benefits (such as reselling the membership to third parties) will result in immediate cancellation without the right to a refund of the annual fee.
