At SPjerseys, we strive to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. We ask for your patience, as each jersey is produced with the highest quality, and this takes time. Here's how our shipping process works:

Shipping Details

  • Delivery Times: Due to high demand and the production process, orders typically take 15-20 business days to arrive at your address after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping Carriers: We work with reliable services such as DHL, FedEx, J&T Express, and Estafeta to ensure safe delivery.

  • Tracking: We will send you a tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched so you can track it in real-time.

Delivery Guarantee and Delays

We understand that external factors (customs, weather, or carrier logistics) can affect standard delivery times. Therefore, we establish the following protocol:

Validation of Non-Delivery Guarantee: To validate any guarantee, refund, or replacement due to shipping delays, it is strictly necessary that at least 40 business days have passed since the order was shipped and the tracking number was generated.

Once this period has elapsed without the package being delivered, our team will initiate the corresponding resolution process to evaluate your case individually.

Costs and Options

  •  Standard Shipping: $150 MXN.

  • Express Shipping: $200 MXN*.

    Member Benefit: Customers enrolled in the partner program receive standard shipping at no additional cost.

    *Note on Express Shipping: Subject to availability on selected products (inquire via WhatsApp). Prices may vary if the delivery address is considered an extended zone by the carrier; in this case, the customer must cover the additional amount to process the shipment.


  • Customer Responsibilities

  • Incorrect Addresses: If the customer provides incorrect or incomplete shipping information and the package cannot be delivered, returns or claims will not be accepted. It is the buyer's responsibility to review their data before finalizing the order.
